Lefka Ori: Xyloskalo - Katsiveli - Jyloskalo
On Saturday, July 12 of 2025 , Solo I had a truly epic mountain experience that went beyond the ordinary! I started from Xyloskalo with the goal of Katsiveli, the heart of the White Mountains, and returned to the starting point the same day. A route that usually takes two days, I completed it in just 4 hours and 59 minutes, with a good pace and determination. It was a challenge that filled me with adrenaline and satisfaction. This hike in the White Mountains with their impressive landscape and wild beauty, was an unforgettable experience. "Fast hiking" on this amazing route was more than just hiking – it was a race against time and limits. I really feel great. The mountains, the tranquility, the energy of nature… everything combined to create a unique moment.
